A Special Campaign Honoring All Who Give
Our collaboration with Mount Evans home Health Care & Hospice to raise funds to purchase a special tree sculpture in honor of community volunteers and supporters is coming to and end in a few weeks. This sculpture was part of our Sculpture Walk for 2019 and 2020, and was moved from its temporary location at the Post Office to its new home at the Mount Evans Hospice building in early June. Beautifully crafted by artist Ted Wilson, it now stands as a reminder of the community volunteers who give so much to make our lives and communities better. It is the 40th piece in Sculpture Evergreen's permanent collection.

This sculpture honors the memory of Susan Stearns " a tireless and generous community volunteer who died in January " and all who embody the spirit of giving. It exemplifies the qualities that characterize our special corner of Colorado: strength, resilience, and deep roots; creation, growth, and vitality. This new sculpture is dedicated to everyone who has, especially during this pandemic, cared for others, donated time and resources, and kept our community strong.

Please donate now to add Spirit of Giving to our community's collection of outdoor art. Donations of any amount are appreciated. Donors contributing $5000 or more will receives an 18" sculpture resembling the larger tree. Donors contributing $2500 or more will be listed on the bronze plaque installed in the garden next to the sculpture.
